Pepper Cove offers one bedroom and two bedroom apartment homes with a variety of layouts. Floor plans range from approximately 456 to 911 square feet, providing options for individuals, roommates, and families.

• 2-Bedroom Apartments: Starting at $2,335/month

Yes. Pepper Cove welcomes cats and dogs with a maximum of two pets per apartment and a weight limit of 75 pounds at maturity. Pet fees, monthly pet rent, and breed restrictions apply, so residents should contact the leasing office for complete details.
